Prosecutors Recommend Criminal Charges Against Boeing

Ed Pierson, a former Boeing manager, highlighted ongoing issues with the 737 Max and 787 aircraft, attributing them to leadership failures. Recently, Boeing’s outgoing CEO, Dave Calhoun, faced criticism from US senators despite asserting improvements. Boeing’s reputation suffered further when a door panel fell off a 737 Max during a flight. The DoJ has until July 7 to decide on prosecuting the company.
