Halloween 2025 in Taiwan brought a thrilling mix of family fun and electrifying nightlife across the island. From October 24 to November 1, cities like Taipei, Kaohsiung, and Tainan lit up with parades, costume contests, and themed events. The 17th annual Tianmu Halloween Festival kicked off with the “Hundred Ghosts Night Parade,” while kids enjoyed trick-or-treating at 250 stores and free entry to the Children’s Amusement Park in costume.

Theme parks joined the spirit with immersive experiences—Leofoo Village hosted “The Undead Waltz: Renee’s Masquerade,” featuring parades, a new “Curse Mine” haunted house, and weekend trick-or-treating. In Tainan, Hai’an Road transformed into a lively costume carnival with live acts and markets. E-DA Theme Park in Kaohsiung offered discounts for costumed visitors and festive performances throughout October.

Adults danced the night away at high-energy parties. Tiger Mountain’s “Resurrected 16: Disco of the Dead” drew crowds with three DJ stages and $20,000 in costume prize money. In Taipei, Barcade and Brass Monkey hosted costume parties with unlimited drinks and themed cocktails, while MAJI Square’s “House of Horrors” featured a drag queen show and eerie syringe shots.

 

 

A cultural highlight was the 50th-anniversary screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show at Shin Kong Cinemas, encouraging fans to dress as their favorite characters. With events spanning all ages and interests, Halloween 2025 proved to be one of Taiwan’s most vibrant celebrations yet.
